IFMA European Cup 2008
March 27th – 30th in Singen (Germany) Münchriedsporthalle
Once again, we are going to organize the I.F.M.A. EUROPEAN CUP 2008 in Germany. The venue will again be in the beautiful German town of “Singen” which is located near the famous Lake Bodensee.
In 2007, this international and official I.F.M.A. Tournament in Singen was a very big success. Thirty countries participated with more than 300 fighters, which is more than double the participation at the European Cup 2006. The EUROPEAN CUP 2007 was televised in many countries around Europe.
The 2008 I.F.M.A. EUROPEAN CUP, to be held at the Münchried Sporthalle in Singen, is looking to be a huge event. It will be the biggest Muay Thai Tournement ever held in Europe. At the I.F.M.A. European Cup 2008, we welcome all the countries from around the world. It will be a unique chance for everybody to test their skills against opponents from all over the globe.
During the EUROPEAN CUP 2008, we will have international Courses for Referee and Judges, to guarantee a high officiating level at the Tournament.
The International Course for Referee and Judges will start on Monday 24. March at Münchried Sporthalle. Instructor of the Course is Khun Somchai Sripiew (Chief of Referees and Judges of the Lumpini Stadium in Bangkok, and Chairman of Judges and Refrees of I.F.M.A. Thailand)
